Influencia de la deformación controlada de la austenita sobre las propiedades mecánicas de aleaciones ferreas hipoeutectoides dopadas con vanadio y titanio : acción de la precipitación de sus compuestos intermetálicos

Abstract

SE EXAMINA CON AYUDA DE LA SIMULACION POR TORSION LA INFLUENCIA DE LOS PARAMETROS DE LA DEFORMACION CONTROLADA EN ALEACIONES FERREAS HIPOEUTECTOIDES DOPADAS CON VANADIO Y TITANIO, EN CANTIDADES QUE NO SOBREPASAN VALORES DE 15X10-2% EN PESO Y EN LAS QUE EL ULTIMO MICROALEANTE SE ENCUENTRA EN PROPORCIONES CRECIENTES, SOBRE LA EVOLUCION DE LAS ESTRUCTURAS EN LA REGION AUSTENITICA ( ) ("CALIENTE") Y EN EL DOMINIO BIFASICO AUSTENITICO-FERRITICO ( + ) ("SEMICALIENTE") Y SOBRE LAS CARACTERISTICAS MECANICAS FINALES OBTENIDAS DESPUES DE UN ENFRIAMIENTO POSTERIOR A LA DEFORMACION CONTROLADO. AL MISMO TIEMPO SE HA ESTUDIADO LA INFLUENCIA QUE LOS COMPUESTOS INTERMETALICOS Y DEL COMPONENTE BIFASICO LAMINAR PERLITICO EJERCEN SOBRE DICHA EVOLUCION Y CARACTERISTICAS MECANICAS. PONIENDOSE DE MANIFIESTO QUE LOS NIVELES DE TITANIO OPTIMOS SE SITUAN TI=0,015 Y 0,020% EN PESO Y COMPROBANDOSE QUE LA ECUACION DE GLADMAN RESUELVE CON MAS PRECISION (VALORES MAS CERCANOS A LOS EXPERIMENTALES) EL CALCULO TEORICO DE LAS CARACTERISTICAS MECANICAS ESPERADAS EN DOS COMPONENTES DE AUTOMOCION CONFORMADOS. CONCLUYENDO QUE LAS ALEACIONES INVESTIGADAS PUEDEN SUSTITUIR VENTAJOSAMENTE A LAS ALEACIONES FERREAS CLASICAS TRATADAS TERMICAMENTE, A MENOR COSTE Y CON CALIDAD ANALOGA
