Composición química de algunos moluscos y crustáceos de la ría de Vigo

Abstract

[EN] The present paper is a part of a series oRía de Vigo area. Twenty five different species were studied. The specimens were first that unites the hinge-joint with the opposite edge of the shell, being taken as the length. Then the body and the shell were separately weighed. water, fat,, proteins and ashes were determined in the different samples. The percentage of calories in the wet weight was calculated. The maximum corresponds to Nucella lapillus, followed by Nassa reticulata, Gibbula umbilicalis, Littorina littorea, Patella ferruginea, Veneridos, Loligo vulgaris, Cardium edule, Psammobia depressa, Tapes pullastra, Mytilus edulis, Tapes decussatus, Lucina lactea, Eledone sp., Solen ensis, sepia officinalis, Tellina incarnata, Ostrea edulis, and scrobicularia plana, by decreasing order. In the Crustacea the maximum corresponds to Parapenaeus caramote, with Portunus puber, Homarus gammarus, Cancer pagurus and Pollicipes cornucopia coming after it

[ES] Dentro del plan general de investigaciones del Laboratorio de Vigo, este trabajo forma parte de una serie de estudios encaminados a contribuir al mejor conocimiento de los moluscos y crustáceos que pueblan estas rías. [...]
