[ES] En un trabajo anterior (MASAGUER y LÓPEZ-BENITO, 1967), se hizo un estudio previo de la distribución del hierro en la ría de Vigo, a la vez que se abordaba el equilibrio entre Fe+ 3 y P04-3 en el agua de mar. Interesa ahora conocer las variaciones auiuales que puedan sufrir las diferentes concentraciones en hierro total, soluble y particulado en la ría de Vigo, así como ampliar dicho conocimiento a, la superficie total de la ría. Para ello, hemos establecido nuevas estaciones de estudio distribuidas en este trabajo a lo largo de varios ejes perpendiculares al que previamente había servido de base en el conocimiento hidrográfico de este estuario (SAIZ, LÓPES-BENITO y ANADON, 1957). [EN] In this paper a study is made about the distribution of total and soluble iron in the ria of Vigo. The total iron concentration in the riaof Vigo decreases progressively from San Simon inlet to tha Cies islands.
