[EN] In this paper are reported some histological observations on ovaria of litle sardinas from 14 mm to 120 mm of total length. The authors have determined the first length at witch the sexual glands became outlined within the celoma (37 mm) and when sexual diferentiation take place (45 mm). In sardines of 100 mm the ovaria is completely organized. In the first increased stage of ovaria we have observed numerous transition cells that are interpreted as evolution forms from epithelial cells to sexual cells
