Abstract

Se presentan los resultados del análisis de los macorrestos vegetales recuperados mediante flotación en el yacimiento Calcolítico de Camino de las Yeseras (San Fernando de Henares, Madrid). Se han obtenido muestras de diferentes contextos arqueológicos como enterramientos, hoyos, cabañas, etc., pertenecientes diferentes momentos cronológicos: Calcolítico, Campaniforme y Bronce. Los resultados antracológicos ofrecen una imagen muy homogénea en la que la encina/coscoja aparece como la especie dominante frente al resto de especies (enebros, chopos/álamos, fresnos etc) sin que existan diferencias significativas entre los diferentes contextos estudiados. En el caso de la carpología, el espectro de especies identificadas permite suponer la existencia de una agricultura bien desarrollada en la que los trigos desnudos, la cebada desnuda y las leguminosas son las especies domésticas más importantes. Se ha identificado una cariópside de un posible mijo que representa el dato más antiguo de esta especie en el contexto peninsular. Además se han identificado algunas especies silvestres que se pueden interpretar como malas hierbas o como especies típicas de ambientes ruderales.
