Abstract

[EN]The effect produced by the Aranjuez strain of Newcastle disease virus (NDV), over the growth of PK-15 cell cultures, is studied in the present paper. The PK-15 cell cultures non-inoculated were compared with the cell cultures inoculated in different serial passages of the virus. The mitotic index of this cell culture is, also established.

[ES]Se estudia el efecto de la cepa Aranjuez del NDV, sobre el crecimiento de cultivos celulares PK-15. Se comparan cultivos PK-15 no inoculados e inoculados con este virus en diferentes pases por cultivos celulares PK. Paralelamente se determinan los índices mitóticos de estos cultivos celulares.
