La biofumigación es una técnica que permite utilizar la materia orgánica y los residuos agrarios, así como los productos de su descomposición en el control de los patógenos vegetales de origen edáfico. La utilización de esta técnica contribuye a resolver los problemas ambientales creados por los residuos de la agroindustria.
