La perspectiva del ciudadano en la evaluación de las políticas públicas

Abstract

En esta comunicación presentamos la evaluación de los servicios públicos de empleo realizada durante 2003 por el Instituto de Estudios Sociales de Andalucía (IESA-CSIC), por encargo de la Consejería de Empleo y Desarrollo Tecnológico de la Junta de Andalucía. Una primera consideración está referida al momento en que se realiza el estudio. En efecto, la transferencia de las competencias en materia de políticas activas de empleo a la Junta de Andalucía, configuran esta investigación como un instrumento para obtener información susceptible de ser utilziada en la definición y replanteamiento de dichas políticas en esta comunidad autónoma.
