Análise Espectroscópica de Ácidos Húmicos extraídos de horizontes A húmicos de Latossolos

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar as mudanças estruturais de substâncias húmicas envolvidas no processo de humificação em Latossolos com horizonte A húmico. Para tanto, ácidos húmicos (AH) foram isolados de seis Latossolos Húmicos de Minas Gerais sob diferentes coberturas vegetais. Foram coletadas amostras superficiais (0¿10 cm) e subsuperficiais (60¿100 cm) dentro do horizonte A húmico. As amostras purificadas foram caracterizadas através da espectroscopia no visível e do 13C-NMR em polarização cruzada (CP) e rotação no ângulo mágico (MAS). Ácidos húmicos apresentam diferentes graus de pigmentações no perfil, sendo que na camada de solo entre 60¿100 cm, parte da fração de AH pode ser melanins de origem fúngica. Os AH apresentaram rota de humificação no sentido da diminuição de grupamentos alquílicos e aumentos em grupamentos aromáticos. As técnicas de caracterização utilizadas permitiram detectar importantes alterações estruturais no compartimento humificado no perfil de Latossolos Húmicos.
