Abstract

En este artículo se propone una revisión de los soportes de hierro que el marqués de Cerralbo interpretó como los ¿tocados o diademas¿ de las ¿sacerdotisas del Sol¿, a raíz de un conocido pasaje de Estrabón. Con el fin de intentar superar esta visión tradicional hemos iniciado una nueva aproximación basada en el estudio sistemático de los contextos dónde aparecen estos soportes de hierro.
