[ES]La revolución que se está experimentando en el ámbito de las comunicaciones ha favorecido el surgimiento de la teoría del Paréntesis de Gutenberg. Lars Ole Sauerberg defiende que la imprenta acabó con la cultura oral. Sin embargo, consideramos, que mediante la consulta de las fuentes históricas de la época moderna y con la aplicación de una adecuada metodología, podemos demostrar la pervivencia de la cultura oral y reconstruir las prácticas orales de la Edad Moderna
[EN]The revolution is being experienced in the field of communications has favored the emergence of the theory of the Gutenberg Parenthesis. Lars Ole Sauerberg argues that the press ended oral culture. However, we believe that by consulting historical sources of modern times and the application of appropriate methodology, we demonstrate the persistence of oral culture and we reconstruct the oral practices of the modern age.
