Abstract

[ES]La pretensión de esta comunicación es dar a conocer, sucintamente, los resultados de nuestras primeras investigaciones relativas a cuatro familias fidalgas de la provincia de Lugo1. El trabajo se ha realizado a través del análisis de sus fuentes documentales, unida a una comparación con la bibliografía existente, y se ha estructurado en torno a tres temas centrales: evolución histórica, patrimonial y social.

Este trabajo se inscribe en el marco del Proyecto de Investigación Parroquia y comunidad rural en Galicia, c. 1450-c.2000, HAR2009-13304, financiado por el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad. Asimismo, está subvencionado con una beca perteneciente al Subprograma de Formación del Personal Investigador (BES-2010-032147), dependiente del Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad

[EN]The aim of this paper is to present succinctly the results of our first investigations into four families fidalgas of the province of Lugo. The work has been done through the analysis of documentary sources, together with a comparison with the existing bibliography, and it is structured around tree core themes: historical, patrimonial and social development.
