Abstract

[EN]In the present work there tries to realize a development politician - administrative officer of the Aragonese valleys of the Pyrenees during the baroque epoch, concretely from the final decades of the 16th century up to the Peace of the Pyrenees of 1659 to be able to develop an approximation in major depth to the phenomenon of the smuggling as economic activity. Taking in consideration the paper that recovers this «trade» in frontier zones of marked ambiguity for the local power. In a moment in which the Spanish kings were trying to establish a more direct domain over the valleys. The mountain chain pirenaica as traditional place of contact between French and aragonese populations meet intermingled in this panorama as a place of border. A space on which the monarchs demanded a major contribution to finance his onerous exterior politics that hastened in the middle of the 17th century with the conflict Hispanic - Frenchman and his impact on the life and the company pirenaica Aragonese.
