Abstract

¿Qué se persigue con la modernización de un regadío? * Mejorar la situación actual. ¿Pero cuál es la situación actual?. Hay que diagnosticar el funcionamiento de la zona. Establecer los puntos débiles del sistema y definir los objetivos del proyecto. * La solución debe de ser eficiente desde todos los puntos de vista, o en casos justificados, desde puntos parciales: Económica. Social. Medio‐ambiental.
