[EN] The invention relates to the use of strains of Trichoderma fungi for preventing and/or treating infections of plants and/or soils caused by phytopathogenic fungi belonging to the genus Verticillium. Furthennore, the invention relates to new fungal strains belonging to the species Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma atroviride, which are likewise resistant to copper and capable of inhibiting the growth of other microorganisms, preferably phytopathogenic fungi. Thus, the use thereof is proposed as a fertilizer and for preventing and/or treating infections of plants and/or soils caused by phytopathogenic microorganisms, preferably the defoliant or non-defoliant pathotypes of Verticillium dahliae, the causative agent of olive Verticillium wilt.
