Abstract

[ES] Aparato basado en un transportador de sólidos para llevar a cabo procesos fisicos o quimicos en los que interviene al menos un sólido, caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes elementos: a) un lecho móvil, b) una entrada de gas, c) un tomillo sinfm que comprende (i) un eje central, (ii) unos álabes o espiral y (iii) una placa en forma de corona circular soldada en ambos extremos del tornillo para evitar el posible paso de material sólido hacia las zonas de cierre del mismo, d) unsistema que evita el escape de gas o fluido térmico hacia el exterior, e) un motor eléctrico dotado de un reductor y un variador de frecuencia que mueve el tomillo, f)una carcasa interior que envuelve dicho tornillo, y g) una carcasa exterior que envuelve dicho tomillo y la carcasa interior, y que sirve de techo para el canal helicoidal y aisla térmicamente el conjunto formado por el tomillo sinfin, la carcasa interior y el canal helicoidal, del exterior.

[EN] The invention relates to a machine based on a solids conveyor for carrying out physical and chemical processes in which a least one solid is used, characterised in that it comprises the following elements: a) a mobile bed, b) a gas inlet, c) an endless screw comprising (i) a central axle, (ii) vanes or a spiral and (iii) a plate in the fonn of a circular crown welded on both ends of the screw in order to avoid the potential passage of solid material to the closed areas of same, d) a system that prevents the escape of gas or heat-transfer fluid to the outside, e) an electric motor provided with a reducer and a frequency variator that moves the screw, f) an inner housing that surrounds said screw, and g) an outer housing that surrounds said screw and the inner housing, is used as a roof for the helical channel, and thennally insulates the group fonned by the endless screw, the inner housing and the helical channel, from the outside.
