[ES] La presente invención se refiere a una bebida funcional que comprende vino desalcoholizado, aroma de vino, extracto de lúpulo enriquecido en isoxantohumol y, opcionalmente extracto de orujo de uva y extracto de semillas de uva, y a un procedimiento para la obtención del extracto de lúpulo, así como al uso de dicha bebida en la prevención o tratamiento del sindrome metabólico.
[EN] The invention relates to a functional drink containing dealcoholised wine, aroma of wine, isoxanthohumol-enriched hops extract and, optionally, grape marc extract and grape seed extract. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining the hops extract and to the use of said drink in the prevention or treatment of metabolic syndrome.
