Abstract

Recientemente la ISO (International Standard Organisation) ha publicado la primera edición de Library performance indicators ISO 11620. Siguiendo la tendencia generalizada en la mayoría de las actividades y sectores profesionales de adaptar estándares de calidad para evaluar actividades, servicios y productos, la normalización, que ha sido siempre un valor respetado en el mundo bibliotecario llega a las actividades y servicios que se desarrollan en las bibliotecas.
