Abstract

Como todo acuerdo, éste no surgió de pronto, sino que se fue gestando a través de cambios de impresiones y conversaciones ocasionales. Las ventajas consistirían en un mejor precio y mayor agilidad de gestión, actuando además por el procedimiento administrativo previsto legalmente para el caso.
