Banco de ensayos universal para la evaluación de actuadores

Abstract

Permite ensayar actuadores de ensayo (8) de tipo lineal y rotacional, independientemente de que su accionamiento sea hidráulico, eléctrico, mecánico, térmico, etc. empleando un actuador antagónico (3). Permite reproducir de manera precisa condiciones reales de funcionamiento, tanto de tipo dinámico como ambiental. Dispone de un controlador para programar una función continua de fuerza en el actuador antagónico (3) con precisión mediante control en lazo cerrado. Comprende un chasis (1) con una base (14) a la que están fijadas unas primeras barras (18) sobre las que se desplazan bastidores (4) a los que están fijados los actuadores (3, 8), que accionan simultáneamente un eje central de rotación (6) provisto de un transductor de par (16). El actuador antagónico (3) es un actuador lineal provisto de muelles (10) cuya elongación determina la fuerza antagónica por medio de un sensor de posición (11).
