Abstract

A pesar de la progresiva capacitación de los usuarios para desenvolverse en el entorno de las nuevas tecnologías de la información, y del desarrollo de aplicaciones dotadas de una gran capacidad de interacción con los usuarios, la percepción de los bibliotecarios y la literatura profesional, ponen de manifiesto el uso deficiente de los sistemas de información por parte de los usuarios, debido fundamentalmente al desconocimiento de las posibilidades que ofrecen y la falta de habilidades para su uso.
