Abstract

El Día del Libro de 2007, la Plataforma contra el Préstamo de Pago en Bibliotecas decidió iniciar una campaña de recogida de firmas para que las personas que rechazaron el pago de un canon por el préstamo de libros en bibliotecas pudieron pedir a la Unión Europea la derogación de la Directiva 2006/115/CE (antes Directiva 92/100/CEE), que regula dicho canon.
