El IVA que pagamos en productos de información

Abstract

Las ventajas que han aportado los recursos de información digital, con respecto a sus homólogos impresos, son muchas y conocidas. La parte más fea de este negocio que realizamos año tras año con la contratación de este tipo de productos digitales reside en las altas cuotas de IVA (16% frente al 4%) que nuestras facturas tienen que soportar. En el caso del CSIC con un volumen de gasto en 2008 para 2009 que rozaba ya los 8,2 M €, la cantidad de IVA soportado está cerca de los 740.000 €.
