Abstract

El método de extracción a emplear para un estudio estructural del Humus sería idealmente aquel que extrajera un elevado porcentaje del material húmico inalterado y libre de impurezas orgánicas e inorgánicas. Ambos requisitos son mutuamente exclusivos y explica la gran variedad de agentes extractores ensayados. En todos los casos se ha observado el incumplimiento de las exigencias de eficacia e inalterabilidad inherentes a un buen extractor, al tiempo que surge otro problema tópico: la naturaleza del agente extractor condiciona los rendimientos y parte de las propiedades físico-químicas de las distintas fracciones húmicas extraídas.
