Control activo del ruido de escape de una fuente encapsulada utilizando una referencia múltiple

Abstract

[ES] El principal objetivo del trabajo es diseñar e implementar un sistema de control híbrido para reducir el ruido de escape de una fuente encapsulada, utilizando dos señales de referencia. El encapsulamiento diseñado y construido garantiza el máximo aislamiento y absorción a frecuencias altas. El sistema de refrigeración, formado por el ventilador centrífugo y el regulador automático de temperatura, garantiza la buena combustión del motor y seguridad del sistema. Se optimiza un sistema de control activo monocanal para reducir el ruido de escape de baja frecuencia. Como señal de referencia se utilizan dos señales de vibración detectadas por dos acelerómetros en el filtro de aire del motor. Una se filtra en la banda 40-100 Hz y la otra en la de 100-300 Hz. Con esta referencia múltiple se consigue mejorar el espectro de cancelación obtenido con una sola señal de referencia, extendiéndose la cancelación a toda la banda estudiada, entre 40-300 Hz.

[EN] This paper deals with the design and implementation of a passive-active system to reduce the exhaust noise radiated by a small generator. Unwanted noise is periodic with a fundamental frequency depending on the electrical load plugged in to the generator. Passive control is afforded by a rectangular enclosure. Active control system implemented is feedforward and adaptive. Two signals, provided by two accelerometers both over the filter case of the generator, and filtered in different bands, are used as reference.
