Abstract

[EN] Speech directivity is re-visited from previous data of author giving directivity as continuous functions of angles considered. Analytical approaches by means of polynomials in horizontal and vertical planes are discussed. Interpolating functions in planes transversal to the main frontal direction are analysed regarding likelihood results. This approach is shown to permit a direct and rather easy way of using directivity values in numeric models of room acoustics.
