Abstract

Utilización de los lodos de hidróxido de aluminio procedente de las plantas de anodizado para su utilización en la fabricación de aluminato y procedimiento para realizarlo (ver figura en archivo de texto adjunto). Utilización de los lodos procedentes de las plantas de anodizado de este metal, para la obtención de una pseudo solución de aluminato sódico (solución de aluminato con hidróxido de aluminio coloidal) utilizable en el proceso de encolado del papel. El tratamiento de los lodos para la obtención de una pseudo solución de aluminato sódico consiste hacen reaccionar dichos lodos con agitación sin necesidad de calentar la mezcla con la cantidad necesaria de hidróxido sódico. para obtener una relación molar [Na2O] / [Al2O3] entre 1,5 y 2 según las especificaciones de alcalinidad solicitadas por el consumidor (un valor tipo puede ser 1,7). El aluminato así obtenido, después de someterlo a un proceso de maduración para completar la reacción y eliminar las sales cálcicas, se utiliza directamente en la industria papelera en el proceso de encolado.
