Preparación de polvos cerámicos superconductores de alta Te basados en Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O por vía convencional y química

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se estudian dos roturas diferentes de procesamiento dentro del campo cerámico para la obtención del compuesto con propiedades superconductoras a alta temperatura crítica basado en Bi-Sr-CaCu-O con estequiometría 2212 y 2223. Una ruta está basada en reacciones en estado sólido por mezcla inicial de precursores tipo óxidos o carbonatos y otra mediante procesamiento químico o húmedo basado en la coprecipitación simultánea de hidróxidos a partir de sales de cobre y bismuto en el seno de una suspensión acuosa formada por los carbonatos de calcio y estroncio. Se han utilizado SbiOa y PbO como dopantes y se ha establecido su papel favorecedor en la formación de la fase 2223 de mayor temperatura crítica, puesto que los materiales obtenidos sin la adición de dopantes muestran una presencia muy escasa de fase 2223. Se han caracterizado los materiales obtenidos microestructural y mofológicamente, así como desde el punto de vista de su comportamiento eléctrico. Los resultados han mostrado que el método de coprecipitación permite incrementar la reactividad del proceso rebajando los tiempos y temperaturas de síntesis y sinterización.
