[EN]:Sunflower response in traditional (TT) and conservation tillage (CT) has been studied during two years very different c1imatological conditions, in a sunflower-wheat rotation culture. Nitrogen concentration of sunflower plantlets was greater under TT for Ihe two years of study. However, the drought suffered in the second year hindered the normal growth of sunflower in TT, but not in CT . Boron was one of the nutrients which reflected best the drought conditions suffered in the second year.
