Procedimiento y dispositivo para la caracterización elástica nolineal de materiales sólidos

Abstract

El objeto de esta patente es el establecimiento de un procedimiento de medida y un dispositivo experimental que permite la caracterización no lineal de materiales mediante la medida de su parámetro de no linealidad. El procedimiento se caracteriza porque las medidas se hacen con muestras en resonancia y el parámetro de no linealidad se deduce de la generación de armónicos. El dispositivo experimental está constituido por un sistema de excitación, un sistema de adquisición de datos y las muestras resonantes del material. El sistema de excitación se compone de un transductor piezoeléctrico de potencia excitado por un generador electrónico que incluye un circuito de seguimiento de la frecuencia y otro para el control de tiempo de excitación. El sistema de adquisición de datos consiste en un captador de vibraciones y un termómetro no intrusivos. Las muestras son barras cilíndricas resonantes de sección escalonada con las que se consigue una gran concentración de energía, lo que permite alcanzar el rango no lineal con excitación lineal.
