Abstract

Procedimiento para la acilación enzimática en posición 6- del extremo no reductor de maltosa, oligosacáridos derivados de maltosa y sus alquilglicósidos. Procedimiento para la acilación selectiva y directa del hidroxilo primario en el extremo no reductor de la maltosa, oligosacáridos derivados de maltosa y sus alquilglicósidos. En esencia, consiste en hacer reaccionar dichos sustratos con el éster vinílico de un ácido graso en una mezcla de disolventes orgánicos, en presencia de una lipasa. Se trata de un proceso notablemente más sencillo de obtención y purificación para la acilación selectiva de un hidroxilo primario de la maltosa, oligosacáridos derivados de la misma y sus alquilglicósidos, concretamente en el extremo no reductor. Aplicaciones en terapéutica, farmacia, cosmética, alimentación, detergentes y agricultura.
