Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para la inyección neumática de productos granulados y pulverulentos (en especial desulfurantes y ferroaleaciones) en el hierro fundido líquido, caracterizado fundamentalmente por hacer la inyección neumática de los productos en el seno de hierro líquido. Consta de una cabina receptora de los productos a inyectar provista de un filtro de polvo y un pulsor neumático que envía el producto a uno de los dos silos de almacenamiento, herméticos, que están provistos cada uno e un extractor vibrante y de un dosificador. La dosificación se recoge en una tolva provista de vibrador neumático, y, por una compuerta, pasa a una mezcladora. Desde aquí un pulsor neumático envía la mezcla hasta cada uno de los dos silos herméticos de donde pasa a los distribuidores de polvo desde los cuales se inyecta la mezcla en el hierro fundido a través de una lanza de inmersión.
