Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de un conglomerante hidráulico basado en la activación caustica de cenizas volantes. Obtención de un conglomerante hidráulico basado en el proceso físico-químico que se genera por la activación de "cenizas volantes" a través de su reacción con una disolución cáustica. En una amasadora se mezclan cenizas volantes con una disolución cáustica. La relación disolución activadora/ceniza volante ha de estar comprendida entre 0,15 y 1,0 en peso. Una vez amasada, la mezcla se vierte en el interior de un molde en donde permanecerá para ser curada un tiempo determinado que variará en función de la temperatura. Este curado se realiza introduciendo el molde que contiene la pieza elaborada, en una cámara en la que se pueda controlar la humedad relativa y la temperatura.
