Abstract

Procedimiento para obtener un producto fertilizante rico en estruvita a partir de aguas residuales, subproductos sólidos y emisiones gaseosas. Se propone un procedimiento para producir un producto con alta riqueza en estruvita con características fertilizantes, a partir de Aguas Residuales (ARs), tanto de fracciones líquidas como de licores digeridos procedentes del área de secado de Estaciones de Regeneración de Aguas Residuales (ERARs), de gran contenido en P y NH4+. Este procedimiento consiste en las siguientes operaciones: a/ filtración y/o tamizado de los licores; b/ precipitación del P y N como estruvita, aportando, para ello, el Mg necesario desde una suspensión bicarbonatada de un subproducto, procedente de la fabricación de OMg, c/ crecimiento y cristalización de los núcleos formados en la operación anterior y d/ separación y secado de los gránulos así formados.
