El objeto de la presente invención es un procedimiento para la conservación de semillas de granada en fresco, mediante el cual se preserva la calidad inicial de la semilla de la granada, una vez separada del resto del fruto para facilitar su consumo directo. El procedimiento de la invención incluye el proceso de preparación de semillas frescas embolsadas así como el método para conservar las semillas (granos) de granada.
