Fertilizante bacteriano y procedimiento de obtención

Abstract

La presente invención es un fertilizante bacteriano (biofertilizante) consistente en una suspensión que contiene células de nuevas estirpes de los microorganismos Azotobacter vinelandii Y Azospirillum brasilense. Dicho fertilizante bacteriano consiste en una suspensión de microorganismos en un medio acuoso. Los microorganismos se obtienen por una procedimiento que comprende: a) Cultivo en placa de la estirpe original; b) Tratamiento de las colonias precedentes del cultivo anterior con otro medio de cultivo; y c) Cultivo de las colonias aisladas del paso anterior. Las ventajas que supone el empleo de estas nuevas estirpes de microorganismos vienen dadas por su mejor tolerancia a medios muy alcalinos y la mejor fijación de N2, así como por la mayor capacidad de asimilación de los compuestos formados por los exudados de las raíces de las plantas.
