This work was started at the Department of Phys- ics and Astronomy and Institute of Optics, Univer- sity of Rochester, N.Y., supported by the National Science Foundation. The research was finished at In- stituto de Optica, Madrid, supported by the CAICYT. Helpful discussions o f one of us (MN-V) with B.J. Brames, J.C. , Dainty and E. Wolf are very appreciated.
