Inhibidores de la acetilcolinesterasa del sitio de unión dual para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Alzheimer

Abstract

La invención se refiere a una nueva familia de compuestos que se comportan como inhibidores de la acetilcolinesterasa del sitio dual, así como a la síntesis y a la evaluación biológica de los compuestos de dicha familia. Estos compuestos son especialmente útiles para el tratamiento de trastornos del conocimiento tales como la demencia senil, la demencia cerebrovascular, alteración leve del conocimiento, trastorno del déficit de atención, y/o enfermedad de demencia neurodegenerativa con agregaciones de proteína aberrantes tal como especialmente la enfermedad de Alzheimer, la enfermedad de Parkinson, ALS, o enfermedades de prión, tal como la enfermedad de Creutzfeldt-Jakob o la enfermedad de Gerstmann-Straussler-Scheinher. De este modo, la invención también se refiere a composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen dichos compuestos.
