Determinación del coeficiente global de transmisión de un tanque cilíndrico de MCF con tubos cilindricos

Abstract

Se estudia la transmisión de calor en un tanque cilíndrico que contiene un acumulador de frío con cambio de fase (MCF), formado por tubos de plástico circulares, enrollados en espiral por los cuales circula el agua de refrigeración, con objeto de determinar el coeficiente global de transmisión de calor, para facilitar el diseño de nuevos sistemas de acumulación. El método seguido es la analogía eléctrica resuelta con ordenador, variando, en cada interacción de cálculo, los radios de las distintas capas de la discretización, tanto en la zona líquida, como en la sólida, determinando el espesor de la capa de cambio de fase, por balance térmico, imponiendo en la interfase que la temperatura sea la del cambio de fase.
