Aplicaciones industriales de los ultrasonidos de potencia

Abstract

[ES] La actividad de investigación en el campo de los Ultrasonidos, dentro del Instituto de Acústica ha estado desde sus inicios (final de los años 60 y principio de los 70), orientada hacia la resolución de problemas reales que pudieran tener una aplicación industrial. Esto ha hecho que, a lo largo de estos años, se hayan estudiado y desarrollado en la línea de los Ultrasonidos de Potencia una serie de nuevas tecnologías, de aplicación muy variada, basadas en la utilización de la energía ultrasónica para la producción de diversos efectos. Este trabajo revisa, brevemente, el desarrollo, estado actual e incidencia industrial de estas tecnologías.

[EN] The research activity in Ultrasonics, within the Instituto de Acústica, has been oriented since its starting period (end of the 60s and beginning of the 70s), to the solutions of real problems for industrial applications. As a consequence, a series of new technologies, based in the use of ultrasonic energy to produce permanent effects, have been studied and developed. This paper deals with a brief review of the development, present situation and industrial incidence of these new technologies.
