Abstract

[ES] Se describen algunas características lito y bioestratigráficas del Albense superior-Cenomanense de tres perfiles del Prebético meridional de la provincia de Alicante. Los ammonites hallados corresponden esencialmente a las familias Brancoceratidae y Lyelliceratidae, además de algunos Ancyloceratina. En base a los géneros identificados se han reconocido el Albense superior y el Vraconense, zona de Dispar> esta última presente y bien caracterizada en los tres perfiles.

[EN] Some lithostratigraphic and biostratigraphic characteristies of the Upper Albian-Cenomanian of three Southern Prebetie sequences of Alicante province (Southeast Spain) are described. Ihe found ammonites belong to Brancoceratidae, Lyelliceratidae and Ancyloceratina. By mean of the studied ammonites the Upper Albian and Vraconian (Dispar Zone) are identified; the last one is present and characterized in ah the three sequences.
