[EN] The invention relates to a set of plasmid vectors comprising a nucleotide sequence that codes for a polyprotein formed by at least 6 marker proteins, a nucleotide sequence that codes for a fragment of a spacer protein, and at least one restriction site. Said vectors can be used both for the nanomechanical analysis of proteins, preferably proteins with conformational polymorphism, and for use in the therapy and diagnosis of conformational diseases, preferably neurotoxic diseases. The invention also relates to cells comprising said vectors.
