Procedimiento de unión de cerámicas superconductoras texturadas tipo TRBa2Cu3O7

Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de uniones superconductoras entre dos piezas superconductoras cerámicas monocristalinas basado en el uso de una tercera pieza de cerámica monocristalina con composición modificada que actúa como fundente. La composición de las piezas superconductoras para unir será TRBa2Cu3O7-TR2BaCuO5 mientras que el fragmento que se interpondrá entre ambas piezas y actuará como fundente será TRBa2Cu3O7-TR2BaCuO5-Ag. El ciclo térmico elegido para la obtención de la unión será tal que el fundente pasará a un estado semisólido y posteriormente cristalizará con la misma orientación que las piezas superconductoras que se desea unir. La obtención de dichas piezas posibilita que los materiales superconductores puedan ser integrados en dispositivos electromecánicos o magnéticos diversos con unas prestaciones optimizadas.
