Evolución estacional de bioelementos de epipedones de tres ecosistemas forestales de la Sierra de Béjar (Provincia de Salamanca, España)

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se estudian tres ecosistemas forestales, a saber, un bosque climático de Quercus pyrenaica, otro paraclimácico de Castanea sativa, y un último disclimácico de Pinus sylvestris. Los suelos se desarrollan sobre granito muy alterado y pueden clasificarse como Xerumbrepts típico. En esos, se han determinado los parámetros más influenciables, por la aportación estacional de hojarasca, en los horizontes húmicos superficiales. Se observa que el contenido de Carbono orgánico decrece en el sentido Pinar-Rebollar-Castañar, apareciendo los valores máximos en invierno. También se observa variaciones estacionales en la capacidad total de cambio y la acidez, encontrándose los valores más bajos en el período otoño-invierno. Por contra, la saturación catiónica y el calcio de cambio tiene los valores más altos en el epipedón bajo castaños, mostrando este horizonte también una mejor humificación de su materia orgánica.
