Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo es el resultado del seguimiento y control arqueológico en fase de construcción de la Red de distribución de gas a Lugo. Los trabajos de campo acompañaron a la construcción y dieron como resultado la localización de 60 puntos arqueológicos en los que se recuperaron conjuntos materiales de diversos momentos históricos y prehistóricos, además de estructuras arqueológicas de naturaleza diversa. Se establecieron cinco áreas arqueológicas en las que se intensificaron los trabajos de prospección del entorno del trazado, estas áreas pretenden servir de contextualización para los restos e indicios de asentamientos localizados en el interior de las mismas. Fueron catalogados un total de 16 yacimientos nuevos de los que tres son asentamientos de diversas épocas y trece son túmulos neolíticos. En este seguimiento no tuvo lugar ninguna excavación arqueológica puntual.

[EN] This text shows the result of the archaeological control of the building of a small part of Galician Gasline, the Vilalba-Lugo line. Archaeological fieldwork was done together with the construction and allowed the identification of 60 archaeological points where various sets of prehistoric and historical materials were recovered, as well as different archaeological structures. Five areas for the intensification of survey were set up; those areas have been used as a way of contextualize the remains found inside them. 16 new sites were identified: 13 Neolithic barrows and 3 settlements of different periods. No excavation has been carried out in relation to this project.
