Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se presenta un modelo conceptual de génesis y repartición de las facies de carbonatos tobáceos en las Lagunas de Ruidera. Se estudian las características de los carbonatos en los diferentes subambientes: barreras, terrazas tobáceas, depósitos tobáceos detríticos, estromatolitos... Este modelo está basado fundamentalmente en observaciones de campo: estudio de las morfologías de los depósitos y análisis de facies.

[EN] The main aim of this paper to describe a conceptual modeel of distribution, size, shape and genesis of tufa barrages and related tuffaceous terraces of rim pools, detrital tuffaceous sediments stromatolites,... in Ruidera pools. Field observations and petrographic data are the basis of this conceptual model.
