Soportes heterofuncionales activados y su uso para la inmovilización de proteínas

Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a soportes heterofuncionales activados con grupos capaces de adsorber proteínas a pH neutro vía diferentes mecanismos y grupos aldehído muy reactivos capaces de inmovilizar las enzimas previamente adsorbidas de modo covalente multipuntual. El uso de este tipo de soportes permite la inmovilización y rigidificación de enzimas a través de diferentes regiones de su superficie. Mediante la inmovilización de diferentes proteínas de interés industrial sobre diferentes soportes glioxil heterofuncionales se obtuvieron derivados con diferentes actividades, estabilidades y selectividades.
