[ES] En la medicina popular del Alto Aragón, dentro de la fitoterapia, uno de los grupos mejor caracterizados y más ricos en especies está constituido por las hierbas que sirven para rebajar la sangre (hipotensoras), comúnmente llamadas "mermasangre". Para más de 50 de ellas se comentan su modo de empleo y virtudes añadiendo también datos ecológicos y nombres vernáculos. Aproximadamente 25 de ellas no se conocen como hipotensoras en el campo de la Farmacología. Muchas otras son diuréticas, o sea, de acción hipotensora indirecta y sólo una decena se pueden considerar científicamente como verdaderos "mermasangres".
