Como fuente de luz (1) se usa un diodo láser, y se varía periódicamente la longitud de onda de la luz emitida por el diodo láser. La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo correspondiente.
[EN] The method comprises the steps of directing light from a light source (1) towards a plasmonic medium to excite a superficial plasmon resonance, and analysing light from said plasmonic medium (4). A laser diode is used as light source (1), the wavelength of the light emitted by the laser diode being periodically varied. The invention moreover relates to a corresponding device.
