Abstract

[ES]: En el presente trabajo se estudian los espectros de infrarrojo de los ácidos húmicos sintetizados por los hongos del suelo: Alternaría chartarum, Penicillium sp. y Mycelia sterilia sp. en dos medios de cultivo, Czapek-Dox y glucosa-asparraguina-sales, comparándolos con los ohtenidos de una tierra negra andaluza, melanina de Aspergilus niger y lignina. En los espectros de IR se observa que los ácidos húmicos fúngicos se asememejan más al de lignina que a los de ácidos húmicos del suelo y melanina de A. niger. Se discute el origen de los ácidos húmicos de hongos, en medios de cultivo, en orden a explicar dicha semejanza.

[EN]: The IR spectra of humic acids sintetized by soil fungi: Alternaria chartarum, Penicillium sp. and Mycelia sterilia sp. are studied, in two culture media, Czapek-Dox and glucose-asparagaine-salts. They are compared with soil humic acids (from an Andalusian Blackearth), with A. niger-melanin and lignin. It is observed a better similarity between fungal humic acids and lignin rather than soil humic acids A. niger-melanin. The origins of humic acids from soil fungi are discussed.
